MOEFAL is a brand owned and operated by Hong Kong Raylking Trading Co., Limited, and is referred to throughout this site as “MOEFAL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, to you — the user — conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information — including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates — so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Incorrect shipping addresses are the single most common cause of delayed deliveries, and we cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you supplied.

These Terms, and any separate agreements by which we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where Hong Kong Raylking Trading Co., Limited is registered. Subject to the exceptions below, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

Before either side starts a formal proceeding, we ask for 30 days of good-faith discussion. Write to [email protected] with a short description of the problem and the outcome you are looking for. In our experience nearly everything is resolved at this stage, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
